Anish Kapoor creates prints for Good Chance arts charity event 'The Walk'

Lisson Gallery is delighted to work alongside Anish Kapoor and Good Chance Theatre to promote a new limited edition signed print by the artist, Sun / Moon for Amal, available for purchase from 11 May 2021.
Good Chance have created an event titled ‘The Walk’ in which a giant puppet of a 9-year-old Syrian refugee girl called ‘Little Amal’ will walk from the Syria-Turkey border, across Europe to the UK, travelling 8,000km to focus awareness on the refugee crisis. The Walk is an international arts festival whereby each community and town along the route responds with cultural events such as festivals, dance, music, storytelling, painting, theatre, puppetry and poetry.
Anish Kapoor has created 40 limited edition signed prints to be sold in aid of the charity. All proceeds will benefit Little Amal’s journey from the Middle East into the United Kingdom. The Walk will focus its awareness on the specific needs of child refugees.
