Alex Logsdail and Ossian Ward to speak at 6th annual Talking Galleries symposium

In January 2018 the sixth annual think tank for the art world, Talking Galleries, takes place at MACBA in Barcelona and features both International Director, Alex Logsdail and Head of Content, Ossian Ward, from the Lisson Gallery. Alongside Alex in a panel on “The Delicate Transition of Passing Your Gallery on to Family Members” will be David Juda of Annely Juda Gallery, London and Guillermo Romero of Parra & Romero, Madrid.Ossian will discuss the gallery’s past year of celebrations in a presentation on “Everything at Once: 500 shows and 50 years of Lisson Gallery”, as well as appearing on a panel about “Engaging New Audiences” with Richard Scott of Scott & Co and Rebecca Taylor of Fitz and Co.
Other sessions include those on “Changes in the Online Art Market” , “Ways of Collaboration among Galleries”, "Artists’ Estates: Managing Legacy in the 21st Century” and “Gallerists and Art Advisors: How Should They Work Together”.
